...me. Hire you for 9 hours, make you work for 10-12 Hours. Also bogus HR policies. Newly joined HR executive are morons! 70% employees are w**d addict! No FNF salary if you leave within probational period.

People are nice. All the employees have team spirit. They have a Decent cafeteria and a namaz room. They give normal hike every year. And also they celebrate every festival and give gifts.

...t don't address issues properly. Most of the time they ask employees to stretch. They hire people in very less salary and don't give proper training.

It has been a great experience for me to be part of a such an organization .. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that makes reliable , high-quality and has a global client base..... I learn how to communicate with foreign peoples over here and another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds , and we work happily in collaboration .. I also like the employee re-hire policy here ....

There was a trainer Bapi Dey he is a best trainer ever.... He support all of us he help us how to manage a baddest situation at office..... He doesn't feel us that we are a agent and he is a trainer... He motivated us in our bad performance and good performance....
