Very efficient workforce who are highly concerned about safety.good salary and efficient distribution on a timely basis.the project I worked was for Qatar rail on behalf of Qatari Diar & Vinci Construction.

Dislikes

I don't have any bad experience with cegelec apart from some interpersonal professional competitions and egoistic decisions from some of the collegues.but it doesn't matter while considering the other benefits.

Likes

The company was good and my seniors were also very I got many things to learn, now I left that company and really I miss specially my admin officer , she was really very cooperative to all.

Dislikes

In that company I saw many of the new guys are really not capable for the position in which they are hired, and at the same time they offered me also but not for the position which I was capable, I worked as a supervisor and they hired supervisor from outside and the same time I was in the company but they offered me for Foreman.

well known in the oil and gas market by previous achievements by very good project administration and execution .

Dislikes

very bad company.NO SYSTEMS AND STANDARDS. AND NO JOB GUARANTEE. 100s of my wokers sent to home for vocation and company did not taken back including the site manager. There is no prior information about the job termination.recruitment procedure is very worst.no technical interview and testing the capability of the person/ skiled technicians.
