Very less to no references for products which you are working upon hence sometimes it becomes very challenging to deliver. No set process workflows. Management not keen to improve workflow, set defined process. Opaque appraisal process feedback are not being seeked. No 360 degree feedback mechanism.

Dislikes

Everything. There is no proper organisational structure to anything. The staff are highly involved in politics. The game of "place the hat of responsibilities on someone else's head" is the most prominent game played here. High politics and very bad growth opportunities.
