Increment very bad-reducing only, increment given based on years, higher the time your are here, you will get less increment, people who are in plant now are under management watch that how can they be removed, these things are being done on the lowest post i.e. Associates. Job security is till only 8-10 years

There is job security is good. Very friendly work culture. But management not supportive. Nd the company policies are good.

Ceat is greater company nice salary's growths and nice atmosphere nice food and also traveling will be provided and good role's every things is goods I am very happy to work ceat group

In contact base work it is not good so only pay roll work very good in ceat

...y are not well behaved. Transport Facility is very poor from Halol bus stand. And of course salary is less according to our work. Work appreciation is also not good.
