...beneficial to the growth and career for a fresher, especially for a MBA student. The job profile , the salary structure and the growth is all stagnant. First hand experience and recommendation that it is a waste of time and effort. The manager is rude, abusive and impartial. The job is demotivating.

Dislikes

Everything in it's entirety. Unachievable targets and poor salary structure, internal politics, biased behaviour and no job security.

The industry is not supporting in any way. Instead of supporting they laid us threw out of the organisation. No work environment forcing us to come DELHI to do work for home, why should we go their in the midst of crysis and pandemic? If we are safe here we are good. We didn't listen to the employers and they laid us.

It's my first job Manager and RMs are good and helpful. Work culture are also good. There is no timing boundary it's according to the client's needs and Appointment. There is work Life balance. If you are consistent in productivity then there will be Job security. There is no false work pressure in the company.

Dislikes

Salary structure is disappointing. Growth and incentives are not too much high. There is no TA and DA. Extra income totally depends on the sales target.

...arget parameter is pathetic that's why they never give you any yearly increment. They also deduct your salary by name of MPLR. HR never gives proper explanation about MPLR at the time of hiring. Salary bracket is pathetic. Also they always hire freshers for team and fresher candidates left the job 1-2 months because of work culture and dalary deduction and whole pressure move to team leaders.

The Ceasefire Industries Pvt Ltd invests a lot of money and Resources in Learning and Development Department for the Employees and R&D Department in launching new products every few months. And gives a training to each and every Employees regarding new products launched every month.

Dislikes

No Promotions given to the Employees and no Salary increments. And Work Culture is below average compare to the Head Office which is in Delhi.
