No mobile allowed. work environment like the school. Hire the CS only for Statutory obligation purpose. worst termination policy. Treat the employees like bonded labour. No freedom to work independently. No power to CS.

...ng employe to report office if employee had covid or gone outside of banglore...during covid my family member expired so I requested to consider my leaves but they deducted my salary even I had Many leaves. After getting negative report they had procedure for quarantine of 15 days without salary...terrific HR team.. For full and final worst rule ever seen , they debit heavy amount from your salary for diwali bonus and don't give during full and final..they will give the amount after next diwali but diwali also gone and approx 8 month completed but not yet recieved.. I would never recommend any one to join the same organization. Being a engineer we have done labour work there..no respect and no value to below manager..

No need to work extra hours. Very low transaction, hence work load is less .

...vironment , then it is not the right place. No advanced systems are followed. Even if you go to office 3 to 5 mins late your salary will be deducted. All HR policies are not applied equally to everyone and based on person likings and dislikings.

This is banglore based company with zero corporate value, this is the center point for the worst people. Zero work life balance, HR policies are good but department heads misleading all rules, they will never behave like a pharma professionals, if we work here we will get feeling like working under North Korea president (Kim). I will not suggest to any one.

First management way of thinking not good. Department heads with worest behaviour and more head weight. They will not give leave when we required. There is no proper planning so zero out put. No on time increment in last 3 consecutive years. Worst documentation practices.

There is a famous recruiter in hr team from last 12 years in this company who fools all candidates who are selected before joining and after joining forgets candidates as if he doesn't know them when they question him about the company hr policies and work environment

Worst culture ever seen in my life, worst hr team and hr policies.. late increments..
