Good for learning cutting edge technology only. They will hire at high package but no respect for people. Lot of good HR policies like leaves, flexi hours, remote work, home pickup drop. But at the end there is no respect from leaders.

...n fired for raising concerns against the leaders. No integrity in the leaders. Bad decisions in hiring, salary decisions. No business strategy for many products.

Work from home is not allowed. Much obsessed with employee should come to office regardless of you have any personal issue Employee well-being is always last priority

Cooperative and nice folks and colleagues in Product. Early days but a very open and supportive US based American VP. Engg. Team is also good. Good toolset for PMs.

...r even during joining up. Very basic stuff easily solvable for a large company. Cannot comment on salary increments and stability as pretty early days yet.

teammates are very good,No training on technologies, NO job security, No Career growth, less salary, No travel, Managers are very political especially hyderbadi, worklife balance is there.

remove all managers(Hyderabadi.. most of are political) who are sitting here since long time on high package nothing doing for team..
