Nothing, they can pay good salary but what Will you do if your personal life going in hell if you work for CCS computer only might be it can be good, but don't go to client location his main client is LG he will deput you in LG service centre which is dwarka , moti nagar , patparganj , sarita vihar i left my job in 15 days only, bhai agar inse 50000rs mangta wo bhi milte lekin zindagi kuch nahi hai client side pe apko bas tel lagaya jayega ache se.

Dislike hi dislike hai mujhse pehle 4 log chhod ke ja chuke hai wo bhi 3-4 mahine mein on a average har mahine ek Engineer and they don't give you man power only give you console process is under process it'll be done after 1-2 months. Time is strict they expect you reach at 8:50 but actual time is 9-6 and very strict time.

Need improvement on employee motivation activities like recognition of best employee and there should be annual meet for PAN India employees.

When ever there is a project. They will like you. Once the Project completes then they kick you out.

One day the HR Calls you and ask to leave the SAME DAY. After 45 days also they are not willing to provide a Reliving Letter and Full and Final

People are very well mannered either I talk about seniors or about my colleague. And also they are very kind and supportive.

In my personal opinions till when I started working with CCS Computers Pvt. Ltd., there is nothing to dislike this.
