It is a consultacy firm, employees directly deports to client side, so there is no involvement of cbt infotech

1) No facilities to employees 2) No insurance, no bonus, not a single facilities to employees 3) No contact with employees once is with client side 4) No feedback of employees regarding working environment at client side

There is no like as other companies have, they are playing with careers of others.

...about appraisal they even not give you the confirmation after six month also. 4.alot of salary deduction do in name of other facilities and there no benefits at all. 5.even they don't pick up the call of employee after visiting the office we can meet to head person of the company. My personal Experience in this company and one of my worst company I have ever worked. Hope all you friends be careful while joining CBT.

... HR, they had not sent my fnf for more that 3 months after my last working day. Salary day is 7th, which is pretty late.

I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable and has a global client base. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high.

either Freshers or Experienced Never join to CBT InfoTech. Main Reason why we are joining organisation is for money, but CBT is not paying salary on time. It has been completed at least 4 yrs Still the haven't my Final 2 Months Notice period Salary till now My suggestion Please don't join such organisation.
