...ement is transparent. there are a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary and bonus every year.

...ity and others at site suffer and work more to compensate their inefficiency 3. Many direct staffs were asked to go leave without compensation with just half a day notice. The staffs were selected not based on non performance but those people who stood neutral in the internal politics

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
