...and continued. work life balance is good as far as projects/client is concerned. timely salary, no delay. compensation benefits also as per the company policies. good culture in organization, supportive staff for new joiners.

Dislikes

Not good compensation, Growth is Slow. For construction site people 10 -12 hrs/day working hrs. Do not appreciate talent. Senior management focuses on revenue per candidate deployment at the client site.

Mentally harassment by seniors without any reason. They mentally torcher you at that much level to forced you to leave the job. Too much work pressure & seniors pressure for completing the work.

Management don’t trust CBRE employees potential of work rather they trust clients comments of the particular employee, if client say some employee don't want in-the project they will shift the employee to the other project rather trusting there employee work potential
