Management don’t trust CBRE employees potential of work rather they trust clients comments of the particular employee, if client say some employee don't want in-the project they will shift the employee to the other project rather trusting there employee work potential

...thorough SOPs in place. CBRE is very punctual on Salaries and any other claims. CBRE salary packages are good and they don’t hesitate on giving out fancy designations. Attendance is done on an app, so you are not bound to do a physical biometric punch in. Leaves are sufficiently provided approx (2.5 per month -CL + PL).

PJM of CBRE particularly in NCR is rotten to its core. Processes are followed only on paper. On site Employees are treated as 3rd class citizens. Management and HR are least interested in well being of employees and are more result oriented. Annual increment is somewhere between 5-8% , which feels like a joke. There are no quarterly/annual awards or appreciations. Just one local 4 hr outing in a year in which you won’t be allowed to go because you have to attend to Client requirements. Working days/Time is as per Client only, so whatever promise you get on offer is only on paper. Retention rate of CBRE has considerably gone down due to poor employee management.

Great scope of learning. Can get a chance to shape out one's career totally if focused on "work and go" type

Even though it's one's option to join this company on 3rd party pay roll, chances of getting into pay roll are slight. Depends on RM, work culture would be varied drastically

Everything but when it comes to compensation, they tend to negotiate even lower than your previous package because of their brand name when you come from less renowned organisation but gives little extra when come from competitive firms

Compensation is Nil, growth is stagnant, salary is stagnant for mid-senior position, appraisals are done on personal rapport/ relation basis with your manager. Nobody to hear your grievances.
