...thorough SOPs in place. CBRE is very punctual on Salaries and any other claims. CBRE salary packages are good and they don’t hesitate on giving out fancy designations. Attendance is done on an app, so you are not bound to do a physical biometric punch in. Leaves are sufficiently provided approx (2.5 per month -CL + PL).

Dislikes

PJM of CBRE particularly in NCR is rotten to its core. Processes are followed only on paper. On site Employees are treated as 3rd class citizens. Management and HR are least interested in well being of employees and are more result oriented. Annual increment is somewhere between 5-8% , which feels like a joke. There are no quarterly/annual awards or appreciations. Just one local 4 hr outing in a year in which you won’t be allowed to go because you have to attend to Client requirements. Working days/Time is as per Client only, so whatever promise you get on offer is only on paper. Retention rate of CBRE has considerably gone down due to poor employee management.

I would like to share with you that in this pandemic I was effected with Covid-19. In these critical times, CBRE gave me support on every step, I was on medical leave approx one month but CBRE didn't cut a single rupee from my salary. It was really a big help for me.I like the job security and employee rehire policy Thank you

...ppreciation emails from my client but they mostly unnoticed during my appraisal. I am going to complete four years in CBRE and in these 4 years I have received only 5000 rupees increment in my salary and this is really demotivating me. 20% of yearly appraisal/increment in salary should be compulsory for all the employees. Thank you

Good work environment & culture there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good

Apprisal are low, and company can't provide any bonus at end of the year or any festival

Work life balance is good & many much to learn & practice on skill development. Working Environment is also very good each & every employee are humble and politely behaviour, last but least salary is on time on every month end.

Dislikes

They totally depends upon client satisfaction which is really good things but truth realty is if client employee do something fishy or politics says need to fire this person they straight away not brother about you & your position, they not even take any stand for your if you are a good performer also will fired 🔥 you with immediate effect.

Compensation as then that is billed from the client, so that you can negotiate according to client budget.

Dislikes

Working at client location is not good, as you don't feel worth working there, treated as vendor and not as a direct. CBRE is a good company to work for but then work directly in CBRE office yo get all the benefits and you may see your growth, being at client location no scope for growth. Working at client location will make you feel neither you are CBRE nor the client.
