...ny provides Free food, and snacks and Cab (2 ways if supporting US) else no cab. Suitable only for those who are interested to get 70% to 80% hike on their current package. Suitable to those employees, who are tamed dog to Managers. Suitable to orphans. Friends, please be very careful before joining this useless organization, as you do not have any scope of learning or implementing your existing skills & knowledge. Please read the Dislikes I commented, then you take the decision at your own risk.

Dislikes

There are numerous disadvantages to name a few the list is here. The Associate Director (US-RTR -Record to Report) has been terminated because of his incapability in handling Senior Managers & Managers for delivering the reports inaccurately to clients. The Senior Managers & Managers are just dumb and they focus only on deliverables.. even if they are correct or incorrect very least bothered. Every company has a maximum of 10-11 workings hours, but CBRE has 13 to 15 working hours per day. Forget about Saturday's and Sundays, because there will be 22 days deliverables so you should be ready to provide the details to Managers for review to meet the dead lines (TAT). In order to meet dead lines (TAT), then you have to work on week-ends as well. Forget about spending time with your family & friends or attending functions, because your work only give you everything that you are missing in your personal life. All companies will have a specific date for closing the books. In this company you will be closing books on all 22 working days, because this is a Corporate Real Estate sector so each property has its own date for closing books. If you are married, then please forget your family before you forget yourself - Heavy pressure. I literally saw many colleagues who lost their health affected by Diabetes, BP, Seizure, mental trauma. There are numerous employees, who joined the organization and left the organization because of egoistic characters of Senior Managers. The organization says RISE (Respect, Integrity, Service and Employee) as its CORE value but in reality employees are treated as street dogs, because company provides free food, snacks and cab (night shift only). In regarding increments, many people got 1 rating which is least and numerous people received PIP (performance improvement plan) despite working to their best. Monthly rewards program happens only to stop employee retention. Leaves, that's the only word you should not use. Onshore Team - Barbara, Georgette, Ola, David are of no use though they visit very often to Hyderabad office. If any employee, tries to share the issues they are facing there will be an immediate termination the next day after offshore team leaves India.

Company culture and work environment extremely strong however depends on the team / dept you are working.

Dislikes

Poor compensation and increments which are not in line with market, career growth is slow as a lot of top management has reached their peak and hence no opportunity for promotion of bottom ranks.

Feeling very Proud to work with CBRE, Being a part of CBRE team, CBRE head's and reporting managers are very openess to us and extending their support at any point of time, Very happy to interact with downline/colleagues in work environment.

Dislikes

...ring the reports in mobiles without such (Laptop) facilities during crisis time. Need to look after salary improvement for assistant manager/manager category.

...ent is not supportive. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are not so fair and they give good salary 18months no salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2years 7momths before which I cannot resign. Even they won't give you other site for there tenure employees and asked you for resigned.
