Mentally harassment by seniors without any reason. They mentally torcher you at that much level to forced you to leave the job. Too much work pressure & seniors pressure for completing the work.

It's totally based on client. Management is treatment me very worst. Don't expect increment, Bonus and all. If u ready to do hand bell for manager u will get benefits. O

Site mangers not working. Always blaming ground level team. No guidelines from manager. Stupid manager only leads operation

Good work environment & culture there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good

Apprisal are low, and company can't provide any bonus at end of the year or any festival

Good place to work, Good pay scale, when comes to job security CBRE is having good reputation compared to his computers. Generally no person leaves company but person leaves there managers. For me end of the job satisfaction is important. I am having this at current work location.

I have work pressure I work 12 hiurs. I can say I am still better compared to my managers they work 14 hours. This means really we have work pressure.

Likes

Work life balance is good & many much to learn & practice on skill development. Working Environment is also very good each & every employee are humble and politely behaviour, last but least salary is on time on every month end.

Dislikes

They totally depends upon client satisfaction which is really good things but truth realty is if client employee do something fishy or politics says need to fire this person they straight away not brother about you & your position, they not even take any stand for your if you are a good performer also will fired 🔥 you with immediate effect.
