Since i am deployed on client site my salary incriement is depend on client. Apart from that compmay may provide you 2%- 3% increment every year.

We have to struggle for Salary increments and Promotions and Their is no Job security if you have lost or left your account and if will talk about working hours we have to hive 9×6=54 hours in a week

...employee inefficient then they will be given an opportunity to prove his talent. And salary hike is very less even if I work hard.

Not good compensation, Growth is Slow. For construction site people 10 -12 hrs/day working hrs. Do not appreciate talent. Senior management focuses on revenue per candidate deployment at the client site.
