Good for freshers can gain a lot of new knowledge and experience. They will train the freshers from the scratch.

They'll not give any overtime or incentives and the salary is ok for freshers but after a year that is not going to be sufficient and they too will not increase. We have to keep asking them.

They are unaware of basic management principles. This company has ruined its own future. It's pathetic to work for
