C Bay Systems is now extinct. So are most MT companies. They have changed names. I will never advise anyone to take up medical transcription as a career option.

There is absolutely nothing that one will like about C Bay Systems or for that matter any medical transcription company.

Likes

Spheris India was India's No. 1 Medical Transcription Company. A friendly working atmosphere with good work ethics. The work environment was excellent. Lot of scope for career growth. There were frequent training programs and seminars conducted. One could have a good work-life balance. Company policies always focused on the welfare of the employees. Fun activities and outings were organized well. Salary/appraisals were on time and satisfactory.

It was my first company back in mid 2000s, who gave me a chance to work with them as a trainee and later as a medical transcriptionist for the next 2-1/2 years

I wouldn't really give a negative feedback as it gave me an opportunity to learn and grow for a fresher
