Company is in a Flux, no well defined work culture, micromanagement at all levels, peers are not supportive. People managers managing technical activities, hence people who are in the company from start dictate terms.

1. Frequent Org Changes - This month 3 of its top GMs including the Tech Head of India is removed all of a sudden. Also there is huge change in the mid leadership segment too. 2. HR & Tech Leadership in India has no free decision making, heavily controlled by Sydney counterparts. No Standard work policies, no promotion policies, no onsite policies, HR 3. No Job Security -they are removing testers, BAs, Scrum Masters etc., only full stack engineers will remain. 4. Variable Pay is a big scam here, you get only 40 to 50% and its almost 25% of your CTC.

When it was started it was very good and now it's everything is micromanagement. I won't recommend to join this company.

No growth, No promotion opportunities are very limited, work life balance is nil. Over pressure. The quality of projects or work as compatp other MNC banks is very less , no quality work people at CBA does. Compared to ANZ , CBA don't stand any chance
