Very good experience to working here. Company culture is too good, & I learnt a lot of civil site working experience from here. In my working period I visit various places & gain too much from there. In this company I worked as a civil site engineer, I Installed precast concrete toilets & Bio- Digesters at many different places in Rajasthan under swachh Bharat mission. I feel glad to working here & if I get a chance then I want to do working here again.

Overall experience of working in caya constructs is the best but the one thing I don't like about it that, I was appointed in this company through a contractor named Lakhan Sharma. I was not a permanent employee of this company So When my site work has completed, that contractor Terminated me from this job without any reason & without any prior notice. So only this one is the bad experience that I feel , otherwise overall experience is too good.
