Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. Management is really helpful. Work life balance us unmatched to any other company, it's on top, I can say. Learning curve is limited. Seniors and colleagues are good, if you get a right team. No cafeteria, no food only chai. Flexibility yo work from home and get a chance to visit on site if you wish or vice versa. Overall, If you want to explore, you can work day and night. If you want to sit on bench, you can do that as well.

Dislikes

No hike. No food. No cafeteria. No indoor games or extra curricular activities. No gym. Not a steep learning curve. Not a great infrastructure.
