Nothing is good in this company

... not even allow all the people to leave the company and did not accept resign. They deduct money every month in the name of PF but do not pay it at all.

There is nothing to like about this organization as an employee. not because I left the organization, but I don't want to lie my feedback is genuine like anything.

Dislikes

...here, no work ethics found, even they thug money of employees in the name of PF. They provide no documents to anyone, no Payslips and other salary related documents, no pf information ever provided but they deduct the money. You can't take proper leaves. There is "In" time but No "out" time. people doing 12hr-14hr of shifts. I have wasted my precious 4years in this organization and i feel so regretted that i have wasted my creativity, Ideas and time. I would never recommend anyone specially new jobers they would come out with negativity in the end and never understand how job culture should be.

Office of Caterspoint is beautifully decorated and they provide break fast and lunch only these 2 things I liked at Caterspoint.

Dislikes

They make false promises at the time of interview. They don't provide offer letter on mail. Management system is poor, retention rate is poor, maximum employees left the company without serving notice period.
