This is the best company i ever worked. I was switching job after every appraisal. But when i joined this organisation i like the autonomy, culture and work life balance. This company for those who are having zeal to learn and push the boundaries.

It has been a great experience working in CatalystOne . It is like home way from home. Your opinion matters the most for the organization. Each and everyone in this organization is empathetic. New challenges and technologies keeps one motivated. Company possess the values and imbibe those values in the employees as well. Company's building foundations is Dedication ,Agility ,Trust and Result.

Nothing, this organisation is only money minded now.

Favouritism via management. SRE manager is very egoistic and judgmental. He makes personal comments. Also he likes people who always praise him. But trust me he is very narrow minded personality.

Likes

The culture was great, there was proper life balance, proper team structure with proper scrum routine. Annual trips, employee engagement activities, wfh facilities, regular parties were there. But the things turn around after the layoffs in December 6th 2022. What I have mentioned above you just scrach those, don't know why this company switches their minds and behave like service based company. Although they pretend like they care for those who still there but trust me they just taking the advantage of people having fear of layoff situations all over the world.

Dislikes

During layoffs, only indian engineering team were targeted and though no managers were laid off, only the senior, mid senior, associates were involved in this conduct. I know the lay off is now a days happening all over the world but the drastic change came in our organization after the layoff was really surprised for me. The name and the brand which CatalystsOne stablised over the last 4-5 years is now demolished. They talk about there values, all are now finished. Just a service based company which can do anything to their employees for their sake.

I like the companies environment as we are just free for all the times and we are not learning skills.

Dislikes

The management is very political. During recession, my other colleague are being layoff except the managers. Within the company everyone knows that, they are the most free persons. They do nothing.
