Transport Policy, easy joining, salary time par aa jati hai bus sunday ya bank holiday nahi hona chahiye, Agar hum late aate hai to OD daalna compulsory hai. Leave bhi le sakte hai sunday k alawa. Sir ka nature helpful hai but vo busy rahte hain. Uniform issue ho jati hai. Adobe k software ka experience hai mujhey.

Good company and excellent working atmosphere, salary on time, annual increment every year, apart from salary they gives us incentives, frequent workshop on skill development & team outing in resort.

is 9 hrs, though it is including break of 1 hr, but i feel it was long

If you need any help on personal in case of emergency, they will support you, heard cases when during covid when family member of an employee needed oxygen and hospitilisation, they came forward to help. The success stories of students cracking IIT JEE speak volumes about the institute's dedication and effectiveness.

The mentors and employees were helpful & teach us alot many things related to the work and life experiences.

Dislikes

The reward for which employees wait, is never given to them. Some employees suffer the suppression by their mentors and wait for the authority to give justice which take alot of time and by then the employee take the decision to move out of the company.
