Overall growth for an individual employee to work with a leading brand.

Dislikes

The schemes scheme construction. Because they should give scheme from starting date to end of the month. There should not be any closer of scheme in middle of the month & then again extend the scheme. This makes hurdles to communicate scheme to dealers.
