Lot of politics in this company, Salary is very low. No hike, no bonus, no compensation and many other things. Boss is always standing on our head for everything you do in the company.

The main thing is all the members of a teams is very supportive. The work environment is also good, and there is no problem for a day off. The good thing about the company is they give a appraisals on annually basis.

There is not a lot of policies for the employee's. Salary is ok but from the point of view of career growth it's a slow.
