...is the best place for beginners and 3 years of experience people in IT Industry. For experience, they are paying salary up to the market standard and providing flexible timings.

Not much work, but no learning opportunity as well

Pathetic work culture, the Team lead has no technical knowledge and hence has no opinion on technical decisions. And always critical about the other team members regarding useless stuff like internet connectivity and being online while he himself is away for hours.

I made very good friends there. Nothing else.

Dislikes

1. I feel really sad writing this down, but working with the QA manager was really challenging mentally. He never would listen to any of our issues, he would just throw work and expect to work magic 2. No clear deadlines, the QA manager is childlike. Very immature, no communication skills at all. He know about the product really well and that's the only thing that is keeping him in the company 3. Very biased manager, he would promote people that only worked extra hours, if he sees you in a cafeteria during tea time ,boom he will trash you in front of everyone. 4. Very unclean human being, it was a torture working for him. 5. No appreciations at all no matter what, he is a person that keeps grudges on people and now entire QA team is leaving the company because of him. 6. He takes credit for the work we do. Very bad experience working for him, but i really made some great friends. The HR team is very good and helpful all the time.

Likes

In Cast there is lots of skill development and u can learn and play with multiple technologies. There is excellent work life balance(not much pressure).

Dislikes

If you are working under QA Team manager, he will always force to work after office hours and weekends but he will not give any compensation and appreciation for your hard work. He will never allow to speak in front of him and put own words always upper doesn't matter he is write or wrong he will never change employee designation(no designation growth) and never try to send any person from team to visit head office. He is own rules and policies which will change time to time and employee to employee(partial team manager)
