How should the senior team promote their junior staff? This should happen and not by disgracing them and removing them from the job, The most important management should be correct which is not in CAFS Pune, There is no need to even talk about Human Resources and there is no information about the rules and regulation, Any rule is made and implemented there, This is the reason I left the job there, When I asked about my facilities, I did not get any proper answer, not proper uniform facilities

Flight catering services are really good establishment to start a career as a chef. As well as it provides several job opportunities for students including aviation, hotel management. While, know food hygiene, safety, packaging, quality..etc of such supplies are being kept high standards aso, it ensures food and accommodation.

I noticed that most of all employees are working overtime because the duties are going on 24/7 through the day and night shifts.
