...e is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good. Appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.on the job training is not given to new joiners.

...that deprives the best from any benifit and the best is counted among the worst. The workload and salary doesn't match. There are no increments. The top management takes all the salary home and even undue perks, even the middle management and the senior management do not get anything. it is handful of people sitting at the top who has all the butter and cream rest are starving. average salary is Rs. 25,000. There is no HR policy HR is only there to please some of the Exclusive people in the top management for employees they have only propaganda the company culture can be compared with North Korea.

There are no increments little bonus. There are no work culture.

Best thing is during lockdown company provide salary on time and understand the need of employees. Company policies are good .

There is a lot of politics and management did not see the issue even egnore these things which becomes demotivational factor for the employees. Sometimes they don't give proper judgement of work and qualifications .

This company is working in micro finance sector for the poor women in rural area which is help them to out of poverty and I also love the company mission and vision to related poor people in rural areas.company provide health services to our client & her family and also provide education services to clients children.i like this type of services which is provided by company for poor people.

Dislikes

If we say honestly ! The traveling is bad ,and also career growth is very slow , compensation is decent.
