The HR team is taking strict action. If you're found working outside the office or not completing the required 8 hours in the office, they may proceed with termination, especially if you're taking excessive work-from-home days.

The salary on time and company provides WFH in emergency.

The customer service head Varun gupta is very bad with behaviour and he always gives opportunity to his favourites. I was working in CS team for almost 2 years but he gives opportunity to his favourite. No one take action against him and he Aldo poi t out me every single time and finally he snatched my job.

On time salary and Growth till certain level.

Regularly complete change in process will never let you get settle and with process change you job get very challenging. Change for better is always necessary but if something is going well , then why need to go for change. Huge communication gap between sales , procurement and pricing team.

There is no rule if ur senior is good every is good.

They will fire u any time when they get better person on less salary. In July month they fired near by 30 RM those who are working in cashify for more then 5 years bcoz of salary.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the seniors manager's doesn’t address our issues.
