Salary was not on time, they change the rules and terms and conditions as they’re beneficial. Their product has many loopholes and customers will catch of sales people, Casa India will never come front to handle the situation. Everything is handled and pressured on sales people.

The only thing I like is that people who were from lower designation were humble and supportive.

Dislikes

Lrm Management (both the mangers were busy in their personal cat fights)was not working as per the requirements.

The work culture is great. I learnt a lot of new things through the course of my internship which help me in my professional as well as personal life. I am glad that I got an opportunity to work in CASA

Nothing. CASA is one of most open work spaces I have ever worked at.

The organisation encourages new talents and new ideas from the millenials. The guidance from the upper management helps build confidence in you.

Dislikes

In the communications department you have to active 24×7 all 365 days. Every big event has to be on our social media and that just adds up to your efficiency.
