Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible

1. Scope of learning about the PLC & VFD panel, Electrical equipment. 2. 2nd & 4th Saturday with Sunday is off day, but needs involvements subject to work.

.... 5. No SOP. 6. Multiple time lack of fund, it effect on work and many more. 7. Salary will be on next with 10-15 days, some time it may exceed. **SAMMARY** To be honest in the present scenario of this company, you can join if you wants disturbance in you carrier path.
