Management is very nice All are totally understanding people are there It was my first tele calling job Lots of learn & staff also very good all are helpful . Specially thanks to Mr.pritesh Salvi Work with him 1 yrs I gain my well communication skills from him .

Compensation in the lower and mid level is not good. Company should have structured compensation according to the position. At the entry level compensation is good specially for the executives who have just started their career. Apart from that every one have the access to reach anyone and the culture is open. The working environment is good. One of best work place for the beginner.

Company has a very family like environment which fosters learning and growth. Very lean when it comes to communication.

Sales team can undervalue the products and contracts are never in a position where product is dictating development.
