Time to Time Salary given to employees is best part of this organisation and Reambersment System and Travel desk is Good for official expenses.

The business and HR team very poor, Only doing numbers game, Hiring and Firing is always there as per business need most of festivals season time and appraisal time.

Too Much pros like Great Company Culture, Work Life balance, Good Benefits like leaves, medical help etc. Too much new in initiatives took by company in this pandemic time like corona leaves, caregiver leaves, Family health insurance, compensation while any calamity. It was nice experience..

Dislikes

...epping up there old employees with multiple training and development programs. Also Huge salary differentiation between New and Old same level experience employees where as Old employees are getting very low salary and not matching with the current market standards.

TL or manager behavior is not good and not understanding the staff problem and issues. They never trust you and always keep on doubts upon you. And appraisal is not done properly as per your expectations. They are very much selfish.

Work-life balance - Pathetic Skill Development - No such training not even product specific Salary - Well what you draw that you must work into Company culture - It's not in company dictonary Job security- not in dictionary Promotions - Null & Void
