...sn't give week off to associate s and then complaint when they leave the system. You are asked to work on festivals n holidays and take double pay. Also being in HR you are asked to come to office on weekends too roster wise mentioning one HR person should be there on the floor.

When their business succeeds good balanced, stress free and requirements fulfilled (to make situations/things profitable by befooling employees) Either they ask to employee for resignation or terminate them by falsely accusing.

Work life balance,job security -depends up on manager ,no proper management as no difference in between salary of a telecaller and retail Executive. Imp part is their is no appreciate or no respect even u r a good performer, only they need their monthly basis target.

TL or manager behavior is not good and not understanding the staff problem and issues. They never trust you and always keep on doubts upon you. And appraisal is not done properly as per your expectations. They are very much selfish.
