...sn't give week off to associate s and then complaint when they leave the system. You are asked to work on festivals n holidays and take double pay. Also being in HR you are asked to come to office on weekends too roster wise mentioning one HR person should be there on the floor.

... management team is transparent and honest, and the team members are supportive. The salary is also competitive and fair.

...hetic leave policy, they dint giv u leave... inki maa mar jati h leave ka sun k Poor salary,no increment,zero incentive.. they will nvr giv u incentive every 6 months they will fire ppl... funding pe chal rahi h ye.. toxic wrk culture.. no growth depresion mai chle jsoge they r psying 18000 salary in guargaon.... founder gwar hh... naukar samjta h emoloyee ko... har bar pip ka bahana mar kar layoff kr dete h cost cutting karne k liye... bhsi inke palle paise nahi.. mehul agarwal ko atta chskki khol leni chaiyee... fraud company

...nificent when we started off in Kolkata which at this point of time is horrible. Salary is always on time.

Dislikes

Management at regional level is horrible. Central interfearance is very little. HR is just a jellyfish. Fake promises are were made by people running the zone. Most importantly, Scrap from OYO, Domino's, Zomato are recruited at higher level in this zone instead of experienced automobile related candidates who understands the business and can plan ahead. EWB is in deep shit unless these people are left to roam free.

...The people in higher management doesn't know a proper MS Excel and automations . Just because they pay they ask you to do the same work delete it and ask you to do it in entirely different way. The worst company I've ever seen. Also they cheat their customers and if asked why they reply stating they pay you and that is the reason they do it. They literally push the employee and friends to write fake review on sites. If something called GOD exisit this people will be paid for the SIN they committed.
