...sn't give week off to associate s and then complaint when they leave the system. You are asked to work on festivals n holidays and take double pay. Also being in HR you are asked to come to office on weekends too roster wise mentioning one HR person should be there on the floor.

Acha to kuch bhi nahi hai yaha

...li hai aur ab unhi ke sath team chalaa rahe hai. Customer experience ghatia hai. Kam salary mai graduates rakhe hai jinhe kuch nahi ata. Kuch managers hai jinka naam lena nahi chata yaha but vo bohot hi ghatia hai. Ache professional managers hire Karo or gadho ki fauz ko hatao yaha se.

...f good reviews.It’s handled by the ORM team … oops the same was all fired!! Yes, but there is a positive for sure here, ur salary comes on time and also ur FnF when u ultimately get fed up with the company.

...the difference is around 5-8%. Most of the employees end up with 1-2% appraisal. So basically if u consider inflation ur salary will also get depreciated every year.

I would recommend it's a nice place to learn and grow. Handsome salary structure with a lot of benefits when comes to tax benefits. Flexible work schedule with a good work life balance. Fun loving work environment.

Dislikes

New leadership is rude towards employees, not at all empathetic. They are just burning cash on self branding and for more funding. Founders are not attentive.
