...company they are sacm with their employees, dealers,customers, even land lord. Salary - low Incentive- if you will do your bestest worked 12 to 13 hours a day without any leave then you will earn hardly 5000 to 8000 inr maximum. Job security - 0 Work life balance- 0

I work at Cars24, my salary has been cut without any reason, and by the way, I have been terminated. The General Manager and HR of the company abused me and said that you cannot do anything

...sn't give week off to associate s and then complaint when they leave the system. You are asked to work on festivals n holidays and take double pay. Also being in HR you are asked to come to office on weekends too roster wise mentioning one HR person should be there on the floor.
