Nothing there to be liked as it is all unorganised

...sn't give week off to associate s and then complaint when they leave the system. You are asked to work on festivals n holidays and take double pay. Also being in HR you are asked to come to office on weekends too roster wise mentioning one HR person should be there on the floor.

... management team is transparent and honest, and the team members are supportive. The salary is also competitive and fair.

Salary and compensation for hard working people but you have to compromise your work life balance

Dislikes

Few people like Abhinav G and few others are spoiling the culture of the organization. They don't respect people but because they are at CXO levels hence lot of people have to leave the organization. It's people who built the organization. P.S - I was the outstanding performer for several years but finally have to leave the organization because of this person ONLY. I still love Cars24 and wish the company all the best.

Toxic Culture, Favoritism, Partiality, Dirty Politics, Work Place Affairs affecting Business, Unprofessional language during reviews with senior leadership, No work life balance, Weekends also get consumed.

0% Job security, they can hire and fire anytime. Founders are confused on what they want to build, their focus changes every quarter
