Nothing is good about the company, The most pathetic experience, a company who only believe in Hiring and Firing people, irrespective of the tenure of an employee. Uses employees for their own benefits and ask them to leave for No reason.

Everything is unstructured and mis planned starting from hiring someone to offering salary to understanding employee's needs. Firing their employees is very common with CARS24

Working as cars24 has been quite fulfilling for me.The salary,opportunities for promotion,job satisfaction and work life balance all are excellent here.My experience with the company has great ,and the people here are very supportive helpful by nature.

I found that there is slightly less job security at Cars24.

...li hai aur ab unhi ke sath team chalaa rahe hai. Customer experience ghatia hai. Kam salary mai graduates rakhe hai jinhe kuch nahi ata. Kuch managers hai jinka naam lena nahi chata yaha but vo bohot hi ghatia hai. Ache professional managers hire Karo or gadho ki fauz ko hatao yaha se.

...f good reviews.It’s handled by the ORM team … oops the same was all fired!! Yes, but there is a positive for sure here, ur salary comes on time and also ur FnF when u ultimately get fed up with the company.

...the difference is around 5-8%. Most of the employees end up with 1-2% appraisal. So basically if u consider inflation ur salary will also get depreciated every year.
