First i talk about teammates....not so corporates, job security is terrible company terminate you without any information without any reason....they only appoint you when their season is on...after it they are terminate after 5 to 6 months, no growth, salary not on time and environment not employee friendly.... I'll give this company 0 out of 10...very bad experience...i request you all please do not join this company.

1- Good supportive Indian Management 2- Superiors are good and willing to train the downline.

1- Chinese management making all decisions regarding Indian factory. 2- No increments in salary as per market level. 3- Chinese culture.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike every year.

Wrong impression of ASM, SM created by Sr Manager and Zonal Manager to top management, hide claim of dealers from top management, wrong commitment to Trade partners... Is often done by the zonal and Sr manager... And those ASM having highest outstanding in market their job is secured.... That's the culture of CMI, Top Management is Blind, only flunkeyism people can survive in this organization.
