Good Head office ambience, Directors devote time with all employees and there was no hierarchy barrier with any employee, Festivals were celebrated nicely, company had some good products to sell.

Dislikes

Severe discrimination & harassment of new employees in terms of salary, working terms, job stability, freedom to work, territory allocation, reporting system, no professional approach, no decision making rights to any one other than director. All goods credit to director, all bads on employees head. No preference to written communication, salary delays, expense reimbursement delays. Work at your own risk without asking for justifiable rewards. A system of loot and discouragement.

working with carol feels like we are working with our family, which makes healthy in personal life and I have learn and experienced new things which help me to improve in myself, our directors very nice with us
