don't join anybody any entity of Carnival no scope for future work, salary not paid on time also no proper hr and leave policy, they deduct hald days salary for half second. non knowledgeable person sitting in the cabin on hire post.

Nothing, the whole company is run by people who don't know what they are doing. Several cases have been filed against senior management

All of it, founder directors work for their own benefit rather than company's benefit

Work culture, my team with whom i worked, had a really great practical experience, engaging work environment, activities conducted there.

I love to work with Carnival Group, Its dream organization for any employee. Carnival caring a lot of employees in all tearms, like employee progression, Employee benefits. I feel Carnival should think for employees appraisal for 2022.

Since my division was a start-up, we had the opportunity to multitask and shape an organisation. We had a lean but close knit team who looked out for each other. The projects we were working on were interesting.

Dislikes

Senior Management was not sure where this particular Unit was headed, which Malls to buy & this led to some insecurity.
