... for carnival for almost 16 yrs and my pay was never got delayed even for 1 day.Its a 5 star category cruiselines,for me as a bartender was the best salary ever rather then any other cruise ships.as we depend on 18% gratuity.promotions depends on your performances,they have training centres,CTC where you have facilities to learn and train yourself..

I have never noticed any thing wrong but carnival was my home away from home.I have totally dependent my life on carnival. But one day unfortunately it came to an end of my journey with carnival.i have never been given 2nd chance.

It's nice place to work. According to me Only the salary structure should change and company should think about a new salary structure for us. I love Carnival .

I like and love to work in Carnival.only 1 thing I dislike there is no increment police for those who work for the company 5 to 10 years

...e is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good. Appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The ccl is a good place to work as u know how to work in a stress free environment. Good team work wen u enter the shipfor completing any task or function. More I like ccl as it our home for 6 month and we come together as a family and work.

The salary is still very less. As I joined carnival on March 2014 and still now my salary is only 850 dollar no increments and no incentive if u work extra hours of shift. U still receive less salary as compared to service or housekeeping.
