Likes

Good atmosphere for students.Teachers are well educated and dedicated.

  • Company culture - Good

Dislikes

Huge students in one class and checking their copies or listening everyone's individual problem are intolerable and not manageable by one class teacher.Co workers don't have helping and adjusting mentality.Senior teachers want to dominate the new comers.

The best part of the school is the simplicity of the system. The teachers don't have to do duplication of paper work.

The bad thing is there is no appraisal on the basis of performance. So there is no growth as such even if you work for years.

Shifting from Bangalore to Hyderabad
I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts
