Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

In my opinion, As a i was freshed one. They gave a separate unit and responsibilities and support. And my senior very much support and easily understand my situation then teach comfortable. She was very good knowledge and experienced. My unit staffs also helped and support then easily mingle with me. As i was fresher so they gave me at Rs, 9000. In my home to company with in 20min travel and i was reached ar 8:30am.And very comfortable work place. Thank you...
