Excellent organisation to work till retirement if you posses certain bucket quality. Full freedom, never heard about pressure. It's all self driven work.

Manager is credit stealer. Has weakness towards women and liquor. Get boose daily and abuse team mates everyday. Your promotion is not based on performance, only based on how many yes sir you say. Has illegal association with distributor for personal benifit. He will seek credit even if your wife gave birth to child. Manager Expects praise for everything

It's your job and full support is always available. You have been assigned target and area, it's own decision to achieve target. Some tour is there, person like to travel and visit different Ares are happy, i am one of that. Guidance Will be given always to achieve balance life. Good place to built carrier.

Many customer's to handle dame time makes difficult to satisfy everyone.
