Increased salary hike in apprisal should be considered. Need Changes Public holiday policiy. Politics among staffs should be monitored and corrected.

Work culture, don't expect work life balance, food (better not to provide instead of providing unhygienic food) , basic necessities especially tissue papers in toilet, etc.,

It is not a company, it behave as like a sole proprietorship. 7 to 7 12 hrs working. Fix salary increment whether you work good but they will tell you they are giving you high. Good employee are not recognised.

Work timing extended till late night, there is no proper response from company, not treating employee for the work completion. no support from the team especially by team leader & head of the team.

If you are qualified professionals then carisma Solutions is the best company for you.If you are pursuing professional studies then it's difficult to handle both studied and work.

They don't give Exam holidays and also they expect to give hourly production that's why it's tough to handle hours to complete our job.
