They just rotate the money in our hand as their money They jusy give one month salary and that salary we have to spend on petrol room and food and that will be credited again in next month as your salary. That is just a rotational process which money lending ppl do Come to culture. One of the toxic culture you can witness there, if employee made a sale on a day and that is not up to the target even though the same employee did good business in previous days will get a sweet word from the mouth of managing director called as MC ( you know the meaning of this hindi word) Such a worst company to work
