The Canteen function inside port prohibited area from 6am to 10pm .Due to Shift wise schedule of work arrangements I have worked there more than twenty years as supervisor to Manager.

...es knowingly for their own interest instead of the organisation devlopment work. Very low salary many times paid by the Canteen management.

The Management of the canteen functioning all its official works on the direction of ARCS Jagatsinghpur circle Jagatsinghpur which is under cooperation department Govt of odisha. The canteen Management also works as directed by Paradip Port Trust. The canteen established by the port management. It runs through cooperative basis. The employees and workers of the canteen not declared as port Trust employees since 1983.Every year Annual budget and Audit of the canteen held as per the decision and direction of Auditor General Bhubaneswar Odisha. There are more than fourty workers are working in the canteen inside the port prohibited area.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics in the management. The canteen management given low salary for their employees. So that some workers are harassed and left the canteen.

Likes

Foods and room accomodations for every staff available.

Dislikes

There is no service security or guarantee of service.Many times salary not enhanced by the management.Due to low salary many workers left the canteen. No service book for any staff.
